Hi everyone.

I am interested in getting my car sandblasted, got a quote today form am mate of a guy that I work with, so not sure if its mates rates. i am getting another quote (if they ever get back to me) but the frist quote was $700 for the outside and underneath of the car door bonnet and boot blasted and primed.

just wanted to get you opinion / suggestions.

Doesn't sound too bad.

I had the complete shell blasted inside, outside and under and doors boot and bonnet, inside and outside. The underside and inside was done with garnett (all sound deadner removed), and the outside with soda.

$1300 no primer.

700 is a very good price, mine was 1200 with primer

i would take it for $700, after learning the hard way i will not be stripping another car with chemicals at home
