Looks like a damned good price to me.
But `rust free' ones are rare.. as they were never designed to last 40 or 50 years.
Neither was the Mini, but it has less poorly designed lap joints.

Is the buyer related to the seller?
Is the buyer a real person or a personal superannuation fund?

Or is it really just a very good price for a Moke with the fan on backwards?

And something weird going on with the floor to side pod junction (where the seat belt is bolted to

some rich 'yuppie' will get many minutes of use cruising near their beach house on a sunny day until something goes wrong then they'll realize they paid to much for it

It does look nicely done though.

The trick was to buy some old shitter like a Falcon. (a Phase 3 was the usual choice)
Stick it in an Auction.
Sell the car to your superfund using your friends to push the bidding it up over 600,000.
Borrow money against the newly inflated price to buy something solid like a block of flats.
Job done!
