Before anyone pops in with talk about roll bar padding, as an experiment get someone to hit you over the head with a baseball bat.
Then get them to stick roll bar padding on the bat and do it again.

Agree and have seen some good implementations, just saying, throwing in a cage isn't the be all and end all. Just be careful spending thousands on a roll cage implementation just to turn it into a steel cage deathtrap...

On that topic there aren't any ADR approved cages are there? They have to be engineered?

Don't know about sydney, but here the rules changes a few years ago. They do need to be engineered, but its easy provided you follow the build criteria - which is tricky to achieve.
