As long as the hose is the 1/2" 500psi stuff, yeah probably the same.
Do the fittings have a plastic or metal hollow ring near the fitting nut? If so they are same.

I was more thinking of the crap black aftermarket `oil hose' and hoseclamps that aftermarket auto gearbox coolers came with.

I know you can get 300psi rated oil hose from autobahn for 1/2". If that isn't rated high enough then you have a problem

Bit of overkill for breather hoses though
