In the tyrecheckers there are 2 types, if I remeber correctly 0 - 70psi and 70 - 170 psi, you purchase the one that has the right range then apply. You might want 34.5 psi, set it, apply and it programs itself for that pressure.

As I said, the only problem is if you want to change pressure they can't be reset to the new pressure

Yeah I think they work on the same principal, but the ones I have a pre-set?

Anyway it's just easier than taking out my pressure gauge that's all. Lazy...

Cheers guys, we pumped her up to 34 all round on the way home since she was looking so low (down to 18 in one) and I'd say it was a hot reading as we had to drive a bit to get to a servo


I might see if she's got a sticker like the charted one hiding somewhere - she has all of her original dealer/clubman/made in australia stickers still!
