My MiniMatic (same freshair heater) has a $35 Attwood 3" bilge blower in the ducting. 8) Noisy but works a treat in traffic. :P

[edit] looks same as this one, name has changed and price gone ^ but still is a cheap solution.
I cut the legs off it and it sits into the firewall duct.
