 Post subject: M5 SU needle

These are fixed .090" jet needles, currently sitting in a pair of 1 1/4's. Anyone know if this was the standard needle for anything, or know anything about them? Can't seem to find a lot online. Ta

dunno - it looks like a richer idle version of the standard cooper S 'M' needle, then slightly leaner at wide open

Okay thanks. SO perhaps been running on a standard big bore motor (as opposed to S I mean).

M or AH2 needles were commonly used in twin 1-1/4 SUs on 1098 motors with sports filters.
Years ago I built 2x 1220 Sprite motors with them in.
