I can't find an image of the black box they talk about, but I'm already using one of their dizzies and its quite good.
It's 99 pounds for the box.

I would assume the 45D is the same for both, except for the advance mechanism, which is obsoleted with the conversion anyway.

yes. No similar package deal for the 23D it seems.
