well it finaly happend the last original part on my car has kicked the bucket.
every other part has been replaced
the item in question is an original lucas england made flasher unit... :cry:
its flashed its last flash ...
was told by some people that this kind of stuff is collected buy certain people???
dont know why but if you want it let me know and its yours...

They certainly don't make stuff like they used to!!

I don't see my Commodores indicators still flashing strong in 40 years time somehow!!!

I got 35 years out of the original stoplight switch on Ha-Ha. Replaced it with a nice shiny new one, 10 days later it's NBG!
So I got one that used to be in a wreck at Pick 'n Payless. Hope it lasts 30 years or so.. :D I'll carry a new spare switch in the boot. Murphy's Law.. 8)

I calculate mine to be at least 17 years old so I hope I get another 13 years out of it :lol: I have a spare too from the old owner... sweet so that's at least 43 years of blinking I'm looking at 8)
