Yeah...it is pretty sad....I understand from about a week ago they want to build MGF under licience and one Rover sedan to replace the Hillman Hunter based thing they have been produciing....

Cecil Kimber is rolling in his grave....sad day for MG enthusiasts if the 100 year old name goes off shore.... :? :(

But it did mention in the article that they wanted to take over the British plant, so that's not as bad as making the MG in Tehran or something!!
