As the title says; the engine is coming out tomorrow as it's leaking oil from both ends. Badly.

While I have it out, the correct speedo drive will be installed and I'll probably have a look at the slack gearstick linkages. I would also like to fix up the rear breather to the carbs but the one I have is dead. The original will have a hose attached and vented to the ground a la 1962.

Is there anything else that I should be doing while the lump is out? It's too good an opportunity to waste.

Coming out the top or bottom?
If its coming out the bottom then get the top towers of the subframe welded up.

How was the clutch ?
(and if having to fix main seal oil leak - my be worth replacing anyhow while it's all apart...)
