Does anyone have, or can post a copy of the homologation papers for a Mini K? 850 or Deluxe would be good too, but I really want to know about rules for any Ks that were raced.

I have seen copies of the homologation papers for Cooper S and Clubman GT so I don't want those, I specifically want drum brakes

Would there even be homologation papers?

These cars raced in Series Production or in events that were based on Series Production so you really need the Supplementary Regulations for the events that they raced at.

To run at Bathurst a car didn't need any form of homologation papers, they just needed to comply to the event regulations.

ahh, I see - series production - that makes sense

old sup regs - yet another reason to go digging through the records from the Hume Weir racetrack

Each track could make their own rules as they went along. Sandown allowed more freedoms and different cars to what was allowed at Bathurst (Alfas won at Sandown in 65 and 66 but were not eligible at Bathurst till 67.)

CAMS and reliable information are two opposing things.

If it is needed for CAMS to get a car approved for historics just get the Cooper S papers, badly photocopy them, photoshop Mini K into the right places, photocopy it over and over again about 50 times till it is almost unreadable and submit them for approval.
Who knows they might let the twin carbs slip through.
