Thinking of putting a dark blue large checkered roof decal on my mini.
Can get one delivered from UK for 38 pounds. It is made out of a 7 year grade vinyl.

Go to your local signwriters and get a quote there. should be cheaper I'l imagine.
They'll also put it on for you too, and you have your choice of colours. :D

My Rover has black checks on white roof. Was put on my previous owner. They ordered it from UK but when they went to a graphic sticker guy here to have it put on he quoted them and then when they picked it up he wasn't very happy. Wreckons it didn't fit properly. Corners weren't right. He fixed it and took two guys quite a while to install.

I would suggest you have it made here and installed as Harley said. May be easier in the long run.

I used to make vinyl graphics for a living in the UK. Believe me - it's a licence to print money over there. A client of mine was quoted 750 quid each for 6 PVC banners 10' x 3' I think. We charged them 500 quid each and they were very happy. Total cost of material for each 50 quid max, time to make 1 hour max each. They overcharge like a herd of wounded bulls. Of course, I made my vinyls for a fair and just price - not - as the stupid bustards were prepared to pay. Go local. This is not rocket science and I'm sure there are plenty of local signmakers who can do a very good job.
