It happens, mostly they simply "settle in". the flange , the bearings, the nut & the split-tapered collar all wear-in over a short time & will need a little "re-tighten" we "re-tighten" everyone-one we do after a few days of running around
edit--> just a little trick that often helps stop the nut coming loose--> when fitting it all up, we fit the tapered collar on backwards first,,, tighten the whole lot up that way so the tapered collar doesn`t "Pinch-up" on the cv shaft before it pulls the bearings up tight... then undo the nut, swap the collar around the right way & re-tighten & fit the split pin. .
