What other items did they pick?
If these are the only issues, it sounds like you have found another one that doesn't know the regs or doesn't what to do older cars.
Lilydale isn't all that far from Airport West, and there are some great roads if you head out the Hurstbridge, Panton Hill,
Yarra Glen way.
In the last 2 weeks I have done RWC inspections on a Lotus Super 68, an old Landcruiser and on old Ford "F" Truck.
