Does anyone else remember this old magazine special about 1992? It was on the shelves for a few years.

In there was Paul Skinner's Recooperation article.

That's my (now) husband in that story building Paul's Cooper S.

Sporting a cracking mullet back in the early 90's.

A mullet like that simply MUST be exploited.

I'll scan the mag up in the next few days. Won't be perfect however, the mag pages still roll of at the edge of the spine which distorts the images and some words.

You might get a better result by taking a photo instead of scanning it.

Mini Kingdom and Mini Car Clinic were the major advertisers
in Mini Magic, Paul and I were not happy about something
and we both withdrew our adverts and from memory that is when they stopped
printing Mini Magic

I've been scanning like a demon. I think I am over scanning, but here it is! In all its ratty, 22 year old glory! The stain on the cover and the early pages would be turtle wax circa from 1994 when this mag lived in the boot of my car :)

I'm uploading it now, and will post it in its full glory tomorrow. Watch this space...

I also found my Mini Magics this evening :)

You cannot miss the turtle wax signature colour!
Here it is in here for the moment..in all its imperfect and page-worn glory.

I used to buy that mag too, wish I still had the copy that featured a twin cam head on the cover.

I may have that issue, I'll have a look tonight

where , i have the magazine in amongst my Mini Magic Magazine's , i was just too lazy to look .

When you put the scanned pics up , i knew straight away when i seen the cover , probably time for another read through that mag , there are some very nice cars in it .

Thanks. Looks well used like the magazines found in the toilets at work.

Yep, its had a hard life...

Funnily enough it was finally accorded the storage rights it deserved in 1999.
