Yes these are the standard overriders with corner bars as used on Cooper and Cooper S.
You do mention bumpers in the title, so note there are no bumpers included, just the overrider kit.

and most crappy repo bumpers wont fit on the rear without mods. You will damage your paintwork. Poor quality indeed.

Also the overriders won't fit properly on some cheapo bumpers, which are the wrong profile.
