 Post subject: help door locks wrong

Bought some brand new door locks from mini spares UK. when I went to fit them they appear to be opposite. is it possible I have been sent locks from a left hand drive vehicle. I would be able to switch side from passenger to driver but there will be no lock on passenger side door unless I put a key lock on door handle.

these are the locks i purchased

part number 24a2143 and 24a2146

have been seeing if the mechanism will work the oppisite way but doesnt seem right.
these are the new ones and one of the old passenger side tab lock and the old one pulls down and the new one pulls up.

the full description on the minispare web site sounds like i have lefthand drive locks?

Yeah, those locks are for LHD, it says so.
You need RHD ones which don't seem listed there.:(

i thought i did my home work but got a fail. i thought i might use the passenger for drivers giving me a tag to lock from the inside. and buy a new passenger.

could try opening but i tried that on the old one to not much success
