Back in 1997 I put my original low back seats in the wheelie bin and fitted clubman high backs. Then in 2001, I put the high back seats in the wheelie bin when I bought the Sparco Sprints.

How obtainable are low back seats these days?

Also I put my lap sash seatbelts in the wheelie bin as well when I fitted the harnesses.

How obtainable are front lap sash seatbelts these days?

Google Cobra seats. They have some cool low back seats also seen them on eBay.

Ditto, google seat belts. Hemco in Melbourne provided my latest lap sash belts.

Sorry, probably didn't make myself clear enough. Was wondering how easy is it to come across the original low back seats? Can you find them at the dump from people like me putting them in the wheelie bin?

They seemed to survive better than the shells they were mounted in, so there will still be many around. I would call the traditional mini wreckers and repairers around the place.

This was from Northern Minis. Andrew has moved premises, but hopefully scenes like these will still exist for a while yet.

Ok cool. Thanks Mick. Sounds promising. Just tossing up getting rid of the Sparcos to move away from the boy racer.
