Hey I remember somebody talking about places in Sydney that do vinyl welding - you know like the original Morris interior seats and door cards. I'm missing a single RH front door card and its pissing me off so gonna have to get one done up. Anyone knows of places that do that?.

There's a place in inner south west sydney called Polyweld.
They will do a complete set of door cards for (better sit down for this) 400 dollars.

He has the machine doovie to make the lines.

When I spoke to him some weeks ago, he said that would be the price, but it would still take 4 to 6 weeks for him to get around to making them.

There was a trim place at Granville (near the railway level crossing) that used to do it, I know where it is/was but can't remember their name. Top end stuff they did, so probably not cheap.
I'd like get some door cards stitched, like Chong did.. gotta twist his arm when I see him...

Marcello wants my mum and her sweatshop skills to do his door cards too...

these asian immigrants... i knew we had a use for them
im sure we could pay them a fraction of that $400 too, like $2.37c

oh that was harsh... sorry mum

Yep I got my Fiat 124S done 20? years ago, they reskinned it. Looked good and lasted. Cost me $115 back then.

Yea called Pollyweld - $400 bux or $100 for a single card. There's another place at Botany which is a closer to me and they quoted me $100 too so I might try them.
