I'm currently putting my clubman back together and am doing the brake lines, I need a couple of female unf brake unions, my old ones are useless but I can't seem to find them, my local brake shop basically told me that because they are British he doesn't know where I can get them from, it's an Aussie clubman not a British one.

They are the unions that connect the rear brakes to the hose on the trailing arms, URL below should hopefully link to a uk website that sells them, but surely there most be someone in Oz selling them.

They should be pretty easy to snare off an old subframe, any will do.
I've got a couple here if you run into trouble. I would need to mail them down however from NSW.

Your local brake place sounds a bit slack. The local brake shop up here has or gets them

Brake Pipe Nut 3/16" x 3/8" UNF (Female) is what you need. If the brake shop is still no good, maybe just try the local parts shops, they probably don't have them but maybe can get them for you. Or the internet

I haven't bought from them (yet), but I found the following place sells brake line parts.

http://brakehose.com.au/shop.php

Scroll down nearly half way to the "Tube Nuts" section and have a look. I think it is the BQ55. It's also available in Stainless Steel and called SS55.

I've got a couple in Bentleigh that you are welcome to.

Correction: They were binned with the rear subframe offcuts last week. I thought I'd pulled all the hardware. Sorry. :(

Thank you all for your help.

I ended up emailing Karcraft who don't actually sell them, but they did point me in the direction of http://www.brakehose.com.au/shop.php who do sell them :D
