Oooo, Is that the only way to fit inertia reel belts? Can you not use the original lower mounting point?

In the bins are where my inertia reels were fitted originally. I'm not sure if there is enough room at the original anchor point on the floor in front of the bins to fit inertia reels.Maybe contact Klippan and ask if they have a kit to fit reels to your model. Maybe have a look at others of your model to see if/where their reels are fitted.Perhaps the reels can be mounted on the pillar above shoulder height.

There is a group called SC Parts in England. They have a book with everything, including all the seat covers from 1959 to 2000, (though the diagrams don't seem to match our Clubman seats). This is the number given to me in an email from Neil Maiden , their sales supervisor: 0044(0)1293 847 202, and the addresses are [email protected] http://www.SCParts.co.uk .The book is over 700 pages long. You could possibly get a price to compare with local prices. Hope this is helpful.

Yes you can attach them to the original Mini K/MiniMatic/Cooper S lower mount point.
I run Klippans, I had to drill another hole in the reel bracket to drop the reel below the door bin.

It wouldnt be for a while yet though mate, still have to get these new seats re-covered and sort seat belts etc. In the meantime Im still playing around with road tuning the SU's. So I still need seats to sit in.

Are they still the same physical chair as MkI Mini? Just a trim difference?
