Hi all,
I have removed my rear radius arms to clean and check. While cleaning on one arm all the pins fell out of the needle roller bearing. I am having a lot of issues refitting them. The casing all seems OK. Is there a easy/trick to refit the pins back in? The last pin is very hard to insert. Thanks

Pack the bearing shell with a little bit of bearing grease then fit the rollers into the race the grease will help keep everything in place

Do you need to have all the pins on a angle so the last one goes in. I just can't get the last pin in...

Simon has the answer, the rollers aren't meant to be able to come out of the bearing - or go back in again - its stuffed.

I agree with above. New bearings are cheap.

[edit] the old rollers are bound to be worn out of round anyway. Check the shaft- if there are chatter marks from the rollers, bin it and buy a new kit.
