Not something ive ever seen: why do you want to do that?

There was a little piece on extending the lower arms in the white Vizard book. It looked pretty sketchy though, and I don't think you can weld those components and drive on the roads in Australia.

You can buy adjustable lower arms and tie bars, and fixed longer ones for more camber

Try looking online at any of the mini houses, fully adjustable lower arms and tie rods are available. Just be knowledgeable of the legality of using them on public roads.

They become a bit of a muchness on the road once you've found your preferred setting.

The manually welded and lengthened lower arms are pretty old school these days, and unless they came from a known source I wouldn't touch them. Not even with someone elses barge pole. If you bought a set you wouldn't know who welded them, what specification they welded them to, and how old they were, and if they are cracked or not. I doubt you would be covered if you had an accident caused by them either.

Plenty of adjustable suspension kits available however from reputable Mini spares suppliers as well as fixed camber kits as well.

Back in the days before aftermarket extended arms it was common to cut em, space out by 1/8", then weld em up with the trusty stick welder.
I did them then too, but these days I'd bin em if found. You dunno who did it, people aren't all certificated welders... (but I am).
