well done steve great find, my dads last "S" was a cross over MKI to II and it was Indigo Blue similar to the colour on your a pillar and rear pockets but it also could be marine blue which was a bit greener than the indigo Blue

Thanks everyone for your replies. I'm leaning toward Baltic Blue at the mo, the PO's paint stripping efforts missed the rear beaver panel so I will have a good look when I do some work on it next. The paint guides are good thanks Kev.
Yes the front bumper lip has been removed, why? NFI. And yes, that brown colour is rust, genuine Atherton Tablelands rust. Current plan is to strip entirely to just shell and have sandblasted and primed before storing out of the weather.

This Mk2 also had a genuine Mk1 S body shell as stablemate, but the body is in very poor shape. Still has ALL the S brackets in the boot. Will post a pic when I pick that one up in a week or so. Unfortunately no compliance plate but the numbers will be interesting to compare against my 66 Mk1 S.

Other goodies I got were 8 x S hydro bags (right part #'s), RH tank, F & R race standard sway bars and adjustable front bottom arms.
