Hi,

I'm just trying to find out how hard it is to convert a leyland mini to a round nose?

Cost, effort and difficulty of parts etc.

Any advice, greatly appreciated.

Hi,

If you can weld and you have worked on body repairs previously then it is not that difficult.
Panels are all available new although I did use the radiator inner panel from a mini K.
Check out viewtopic.php?f=3&t=52628&hilit=My+1275LS
For more details.
Cheers

I have new outer mudguards & nose cone for a round nose mini.

Also the inner mudguards and a second hand rover mini bonnet.

It is a eazy conversion.

Pm me for extra details, or Mob 0409 54 1945.

I think it will appreciate in value much more if left as a Leyland. I have had both and they are both very cool. I am sure it can be done but why would you when Leylands are so good?
