Well damn you've made my mind up Simo. The colour theme for my mini will be silver and black and I was looking at these alloy dashes for it as I don't really have one right now...that sells it for me...

Goodie - Sorry but I have no idea what make the wheel is, I got it second hand on ebay and sprayed it silver to match the dash. I dont remember it having any brand name on it.

Mine is homemade too. I used the original as a template then carbon fibre wrapped it. Came up real nice

I know I've asked this question before, but did anyone who has made their own dashboard with new warning lights and the like have any issues with the alternator failing to apply sufficient charge to the battery? Also, Did you wire in the voltage regulator from the original instrument cluster?

Yes i have to rev it to about 2500 to get the alternator to kick in. But after it kicks in all good
