 I think they actually push on the bumpers during RWC time to see if the mounts are good enough.

And for the deseaming/debumpering thing, 3 out of 4 deseamed minis ive seen all develop the splitting along the seam line. Doesnt look good when its split either

I don't see them parked with defect stickers on.

not sure about up there, but here its fine to do aslong as there are no sharp edges which could cut up a person if you hit them.

Legal in Tas eh?? mmm, I had given it thought previously, mainly for the weight saving factor.
My front one has a ding, one less thing to fix! Now Im thinking YEAH!!!

I got a small "bike rack" number plate for the front, rang the police (anon), and they "advised" me not to put it on. I havn't yet, but im still considering it. I've seen a few cut down normal ones on the road, but no bike ones on the front.
I used turps to rub of the "bike rack Tasmania" wording along the bottom - would look sweet.

saw a mk3000 austin healy a while ago and on the front they had a stick on number plate that was basicly the original number plate stick on reflective bit stuck on the the body instead of the shaped plate. don't know if they did it themselves or got it like that but it looked hot!
don't know if i explained this very well, sorry.

I guess you realise that isn't a real number plate. It is a replica mini of that old mini number plate. You know what I mean.

It is actually for sale down here in Melbourne.

That photo was taken at the Qld show several years ago.

I have however seen some rice burners with stick on number plates that couldn't possibly be legal but they still seem to do it.
