It might be reasonable for what it is, but it isn't practicle.
If tou want to see discs in the rear, use a motprbike one as a spacer.

A mate has these on his SPi fitted UK MkIII Mini. They stop well but the handbrake is a bit fragile if you try and use it for Motorkhanas. Rear pressure limiter needed a tweak to preventwheel lockup atthe rear. Pads are identical to some motorbike ones.

Overkill on a Mini in my opinion, unless you are building something with a huge turbo donk.

I've been told those KADs use motorcycle pads, not sure if caliper is bike too or KAD. Do they have a mechanical handbrake?
Lot of money.. to brake the rear of a car that needs bugger-all rear braking, particularly when modified with big front brakes..

Of course they are Bling, but needless Bling..

very expensive bling, and like Brett says, the handbrake uses a cam action, so under handbrake tuurns, it'd fall to pieces

they're all custom made by KAD, incl the callipers

you want rear disks, wait for Besser to get his sorted out ;)
