Hi everyone, playing with the lights today, I have reont lights, highbeam, but no dash lights. Oil, high beam ant alt lights all work, is just thelights on the dash at night which dont light up. Any idea what I should look for? Have turned park light things both ways to make sure it wasnt that.
Cheers,
Steve

Apologies for the slight diversion - what does the dimmer switch look like? What models what is fitted to?

Mine is a plain 1977 Leyland and has this under the lower parcel shelf in front of your right knee.

I tried turning it, is it just a matter off joining the two wires?
Cheers,
Steve

I would check one wire has power then touch them together quickly to see if the lights come on.
It should be ok to plug them together. There may be a double terminal to plug them both into at the back of the switch. You may need to get another one if going for a roadworthy as it was an ADR thing.

I do a lot of online shopping. Just not worth the $15 in fuel to go to the nearest shopping centre.

What one did you buy. Like this
