I think he means the round red and amber lights that were added to the top edge of the binnacle, they are extra oil and alternator lights.
They added them because you can't see the ones on the dials with the sports steering wheel.

Yes it is. Same but different.. Mine has a rover logo and gear pattern on top.
But as per Minispares website they are no longer able to sell due to copyright issue with Rover.
