No it was not what I wanted to hear but that's life
As alturnative way to raised money for a house with a mini I saw a movie where they made a good get away car
Time to get my skates on mate

Just park it in a dry place under a tarp and come back to it after the flurry of house buying is over...like a zillion others have had to do! But make time and money available for it a little down the track...believe me, there is ALWAYS something "more to do done" with houses (even after they are well and truly established! and especially if you marry someone who is never satisfied)

Remember: maintain your Mini/Life balance :idea:

You know how something goes wrong on a car and it always costs about $1K? With a house that figure is usually $10k.

And you can't drive your house but you can sleep in your car. Although you might struggle in a Mini (mine is a van, so I'm set).

It's a dilemma familiar to almost all of us. I have spent $18000 on my mini, including purchase price and its prolly worth $5-6000.c

Sell the parts off, keep the shell, then when the time is right buy parts from someone who bought them new but plans have changed. It is surprising how often this happens ( I am not immune)
