Hey guys, i have an issue with my weber.

At the moment when we idle it runs great, then when we rev it, its almost like the fuel is dirty, it jitters a little but when we get the revs up it stops and runs and sounds good. It is running and little rich at the moment too. we set the weber up to standard which the manual suggests. We had it running fine the last few weeks but we took it out wednesday and it began to jitter so we took some of the jets out and replaced them back to what the manual suggests. Any idea what could be the issue.

Sounds like a flat spot due to lack of fuel for whatever ever reason, dirty bowl, water, jetting, perhaps timing? Do you notice if it is blowing fuel smoke out the back while the revs are trying to pick up, if so could be rich but I'm guessing not.
What engine, Webber, jetting?

My 45 Dellorto did that this week, developed a slight hesitation just above idle as you accelerate. I had just filled it with fresh BP Ultimate so could be the fuel. Anyway, I opened the idle mixture screws 3/4 of a turn each (Dellorto has much finer threads than Weber) and it seems OK now.
May have been running a little lean at idle/progression for a long time. My A/F meter's tailpipe sniffer doesn't work at idle due to the cam.

Pull your jets and make sure theres nothing blocking them or flapping around. I had a piece of plastic stuck in one of mine that flapped around and did that.

Yeah we've checked the jets and all is fine. Turned out you can't run just any coil on any distributor. We've got an electronic distributor and you can only use a non sport pack distributor, it seemed to solve the issue. She's still running a bit rich but we've been mucking around with jets to calm it down. Men the less there is always this small flat spot between transitions from idle to acceleration. Might have to put her on the dyno and get some results.

Currently she's got a 1295 in her
