Hi, can someone tell me which year this engine # comes from 99H702VH....

The 702 prefix indicates an engine which is ADR27 compliant which means it would have been used after 1 January 1974, the implementation date, and 1 July 1976, the dtae at which ADR27a came into effect and engines with prefix 860,883, 889 etc came into service.

They started fitting the 998 in mid 1975.
So you could narrow it down from mid 75 to mid 76 when ADR27a came in.
