the steady bar "Bracket" on the cyl head in that shot is a small-bore one turned upside down,,, or at least that`s what it looks like to me
edit for spelling :-)

oh & the bar is on the wrong way anyways,,, the bump in the bar should sit to the side to clear the (early type) side plate engine, not upwards

just me being picky tho :-)
