 Post subject: Two screw rear lamps.

Hi guys n gal's, simple question here, I'm just changing some globes in the rear tail lights. The lense just flops about. Is there supposed to be a seal between the plastic lense and the body of the light assembly? Cheers.

Yes, there should be one on each side of the chrome base

Yes there is a foam gasket behind the lens.
54570450 is p/no in my Mini K book. For 2 screw lens.

Piece of high density closed cell foam from someone like Clark Rubber... Or the underlay they use under wooden floating floors is pretty close in thickness and even colour. Only takes a few minutes to trim to size.
