REG;- NUMBER 180 TUO, (which the number alone has been valued at £1200 clear funds to me).[

he's been had  what rego number is worth that much money? we could not sell our honda accord when we left the UK because it only had 3 weeks rego left and we could not be bothered getting a roadworthy for it. sold it for 10 pounds.

TARTAN RED & BLACK, ( is the correct colour for 'works mini rally replica' )

hmmm .... been had again!!!!!! normal everyday common mini cooper colours

Quote:
the shell is very badly rusted and would really need replacing. it comes with dry front and rear frames, (the fibreglass-front is missing though), as are the front dic brakes. There are no instruments, dash or seats or trim at present, as l still have not sorted out all the other parts that came with it, . The engine is a 998 unmodified unit, , and comes with a rod change 4-syncro gearbox

so he wants to sell a normal everyday 998cc on a useless rodchange box for 1200 pounds  - tell him he's dreamin'

not that much when the engine is not right, subframes, discs etc. there would have to be SOME bit of the car apart from just the rego tags for that price

Geez! Tell him he's dreamin!

Esp the way minis are over in the UK... you can get a perfectly MOT'd sprite or 1000 for 400 quid if you look hard enough!

Quote from the Mini Spares guy: "1275 blocks? we throw them out here if they have bad cam followers"
