Will it run on windows 10.0

Quite possibly it might work, I just haven't tried it... Run the install as administrator and it seems to install.

It will only work on Windows 10 using a virtual pc app like "Oracle virtual box" running windows 8 or less. After installing virtual box then windows 8. I copied accuspark setup.exe to usb and then actived usb in virtual box setting then used my previous instructions to run the app. I hope this helps. If you need help just ask.

If fitting a black box to a Mini be aware that they won't fire the coil if voltage drops to 10V or less during cranking. This can happen in cold weather if you run a bigger starter than the Lucas. Even with a new 640cca battery and all cable connections cleaned.
My Gemini starter has come off today. Hello Lucas, at least the black box works with you in Winter. 8)
If fitting a bigger starter with the Accuspark black box, I would upsize the 25mm2 battery cable to 35mm2 to reduce voltage drop.

A Gemini starter has max current draw of 351A according to my spec sheet. Would draw less in normal starting.

I emailed Powerspark, they said their 45D electronic dizzy module works within a 6-16V range.

I emailed Accuspark, they replied that 8V is minimum but they have a fix. It involves bypassing the black box during startup. They are sending me a loom to do this.

[Edit] Accuspark might say it works at 8V, but mine does not, it needs 10V or more. Checked with 2 voltmeters.
Loom has now arrived, it uses a `missile switch' to bypass the green and white wires during starting.

It is advisable to wire up a start relay with a pre-engage starter. It is a MUST. Never use a pre-engage starter on any car without a realy because the solenoid Pulling winding will over load the ignition circuit. Also fitting and wiring an ignition relay to relieve the ignition switch from the Load also helps things. Especially when dealing with a 50 odd year old ignition switch. I have always done the above and never had a problem.
