Hi everyone,

My car is missfiring when i first start it up in the cold, sounds like its only running on three cylinders. But once the car warms up its fine. To me it seems like a problem with one of the spark plugs :?

Any suggestions?

Cheers in advanced

Pull out one by one and check by holding lead close to the plug listening for a spark.

I had the same prob, would run on 2-3 cylinders untill warm, then i found my choke cable a little stuffed, didnt go in fully. shes all good now, use choke only to start car, turn off emediatly after start-up, All 4 cylinders work fine!

My quick remedy for morning start misfires is to hold the throttle on until valve bounce is acheived... then back off.

Works fine every morning.
