Well I started with this:
Image
was going to be a resto, but I gave up - the front cut was sold for $100 to apparently become a courtyard ornament and the rest went to the stockpile or the tip...

Next one was a bit better:
Before:

After rebuild getting a coat of white knight alpine green paint:

After:

just need the Morris sticker or the 'hot run tested' sticker to finish it off

Gday Kev
I've been meaning to get a little K&N style filter for the breather on the tappet cover but at the moment its just breathing into the air - is that likely to be a problem?
the manifold vacuum hose is going into the booster. Do you recommend connecting it to both sides? I've had some conflicting opinions about whether theres a point in doing that...

I'd just replace the elbow you see on mine with another tee and run it from there. There's no airflow from the servo into the manifold, until you hit the brakes.. then you're off the throttle anyway.
The `balance tube' (hose) on mine has not affected the performance in any way. Still sings all the way up...

Hooking the PCV up meant changing from 50 idle jets to 55, but it was too lean before anyway.

BTW I had it running into a bottle, but my wife kept complaining about the `engine smells in the car'... no problem now!
