I get about 6 weeks out of a tank so winter will be almost gone before I need to fill up again!
Compression ratio = 8.5:1
Compression gauge = 125psi.

I have not had any problems since I have been parking the car nose in to the carport.(engine away from the cold) 8)

Sorry when I said "its not the cold" I meant its not cause thhe needle is freezing.... yes, its definately the cold thats the catalyst.

My point was its NOT a starting problem... which is what people were starting to get into.

Any luck with needles?
Have you blown the cobwebs out yet?

Cheers,
Peter.
