... at works a different story man, theres a place to leave the car if it needs to stay over nite and parts come around alot easyer, at home i have no where to put the car and i havent got any other car to drive if it goes off the road for awhile and i rely on my mini to be running everyday and plus i never have the time to do that sorta thing, i work 6 days a week and sundays packed with stuff i need to do on the saturdays, at them moment since i only juz bought the car i dont mind sending it to an expert to get checked over and fixed and tuned.
i dont own my own workshop, i work for a company and they dont allow workers to work on there own cars at all during work hours in the workshop, minor stuff like wiring and servicing and changing things here and there i will do time to time but atm it needs some big work done and im better off sending it to someone to do it for me then me do it (as they say mechanics cars are never fixed)
But if the car is at another mechanic being fixed, you still have no car, as far as i can see your still in the same boat as fixing it yourself!

Hay, it's not about the car, it's not about the venue, it's about the people that come here. Peter Dwyer, Mayor of Hay NSW.
