yes they are!

Mk1 doors are gettng rare and are worth a bit now, so hold onto them, or sell them for what they are worth.

they're worth what ever someone is willing to pay...

bearing in mind, that it's not only nice, but healthy for the mini scene to keep parts prices under control... ;)

I think it should be pointed out clubby doors won't fit, as they have a different catch system. You'll need sixties (turn handle) doors.
:D

I notice your on zero plus 5 - do let us know when things happen

Now doors - the clubbie (and some late roundie doors) had an anti- burst door catches to comply with then current ADR (or what ever they were called then).

Its best to just say that clubbie doors are not compatible.

The B pillars are not the same for sliding window doors and roundy wind-up doors. The doors fit but the seals will be a bit off and the strikers will be a bit off too.

The differences include:

The strikers have a different screw pattern
The strikers are set into the B pillar more for wind-up doors (sliders may pop open is these aren't packed on a later shell)
The white plastic doover that alignes the door and aperture is swapped on the door/b-pillar in the two set-ups.
The seam that the door seal attaches to on the B pillar below the striker (shin height) is in a different place on the two shells. One model has a vertical straight seam, the other is different and has another bit of angle or similar there (sorry to be vague, only looked closely once)

So, the doors are compatible, but it isn't a simple unscrew-the-hinges-and-swap exercise.

I reckon someone should post pics of the three Australian setups and make it a sticky. This Q comes up every couple of months.

I like hearing an answer when somebody knows what they are talking about, Why on earth would others post if they have no idea or had no experience's themselves in the subject. oh im not just talking in relation to this post.
