The B pillars are not the same for sliding window doors and roundy wind-up doors. The doors fit but the seals will be a bit off and the strikers will be a bit off too.
The differences include:
The strikers have a different screw pattern
The strikers are set into the B pillar more for wind-up doors (sliders may pop open is these aren't packed on a later shell)
The white plastic doover that alignes the door and aperture is swapped on the door/b-pillar in the two set-ups.
The seam that the door seal attaches to on the B pillar below the striker (shin height) is in a different place on the two shells. One model has a vertical straight seam, the other is different and has another bit of angle or similar there (sorry to be vague, only looked closely once)
So, the doors are compatible, but it isn't a simple unscrew-the-hinges-and-swap exercise.
I reckon someone should post pics of the three Australian setups and make it a sticky. This Q comes up every couple of months.
