I'm pretty sure it's OK but want to confirm that the newer plastic type clutch master cylinders are interchangeable (without any mods) with the old tin type. I've done a search but haven't found the answer yet. Thanks.

Fitted hundreds of the plastic ones with no problems (unless people fit the brake master around the wrong way)....lol :lol:

Yeah are fine.

Only problem I found was the plastic extension tubes that I had before on my clutch didn't seal again. But since it's clutch, and you can now see through them to view the fluid level it's all ok.

I would care bout the brake but I got a brand new Cooper S tin (taller than standard mini) type one for $120, I think that was cheap.
