I am replacing the front bearings on my drum braked Moke tomorrow

Any tips and tricks I should be prearmed with?

Remove split pins and loosen big hub nut before you jack it up!

Check for wear in the hub and the stub (drive flange) If the bearings have been driven on for too long while rooted, the hubs and flanges will wear, particularly flange stubs when bearing inner spins.

Your new bearings will have play, but not from the bearings, but rather the wear on the hubs / flange stubs.

Oh and always fit new seals :P
