If it helps at all, i have a single RC40 maniflow system (1 3/4) and don't find it excessively noisy at all. No dB readings though. Apparently the 2 muffler systems make more hp...

hey i was just wondering if the Mini RC40 twin muffler setup (with con pipe) from minisport will fit on standard clubman extractors or will i need to purchase new extractors?

stock exstractors/cast iron boat anchors ones, if you didn't want to replace the extractors then you can have a shop make a pipe to go inbetwwn where they would meet up,

so the connecting pipe wont connect straight onto the existing extractors?

There is no such thing as standard Clubman extractors. They all (apart from GT) had 1 carby and a cast exhaust manifold.

Waste of time IMO just putting a big 1-3/4 pipe and RC40 on that- unless you already have real extractors, buy some first.

A 3 into 1 is quieter than an LCB, also is less hassle to remove and refit.
The bit of pipe from extractors to the RC40 can be supplied by any exhaust shop. It's 1-3/4" OD exhaust pipe, Just measure up what you need. :wink:
