This should be simply a matter of undoing the 3/8 unf nut on the end of the pivot bolt
and withdrawing it toward the front of the subframe.
But more often than not it is not that simple.
The bushes have a steel bush inside them which, due to corosion, seize on the pivot bolt
making them very difficult to remove.
Sometimes the section of the bolt where the bushes have been can be so badly coroded that it has to be replaced.
A good way of removing the pivot bolt is to use some heat to burn out the rubber bushes. Once the pivot bolt is removed from the subframe you can tackle the seized on bushes.
Moral of the story? USE ANTI SEIZE ON THE PIVOT BOLT BUSH AREA when assembling!

By the looks of that rubber I think the heat will be your only option as it looks pretty well stuck in there. I had to cut one of mine off due to the bush being stuck on there...
