Here's a couple of pics of Honda Accord ventilated ones on a Mini.

Runs 13" wheels.

Pics courtesy of `animal' in Qld...

hey tony, so far mine have cost $170 but i got REAL lucky,
if u were to build them to my spec :

front balljoint kit $ 30 each ( 2needed)
front oil seals $3 each ( 4 needed)
cooper s wheel studs (rear) $3.50 each (8 needed)
new honda dba 191 rotor $90+ ( 2 needed)
honda calipers $40 each ( 2 needed)
new ferodo excel brake pads $80 set ( 4 pads )
front wheel spacers (19mm for 12 inch 25 mm for 10 inch) $70+
tapered wheel bearings $ 60 per kit ( 2 needed)
total:$630 this is a rough estimate for doing this conversion with ALL NEW parts, it will be alot cheaper with 2/hand rotors and non recoed drum hubs

If you shop discerningly at your friendly neighbourhood wreckers, you should be able to get a GOOD set of Honda discs, and the calipers, for $80 or so total. 8)

<edit> crap, it might even have good pads if you're lucky.

<edit 2> Then all you need is some spacers (19 or 25mm), some caliper mounting plates and a bit of machining to the drive flanges & discs.

I now machine the front of the `drum brake' type drive flange to 65mm dia, and bore the disc to suit, so it runs dead true. :)

hey animal are your rotors 9.2 inch diameter? if so they should fit under 12inch wheels

From memory they are a 9'' rotor and yes you can fit 12''s on with no trouble....even standard steel 12's

Should stop a Mini way better than 7.5" S brakes (nothing special) or 8.4" Mini ones do..

er... what does an Accord weigh, anyhow? 900-1000kg?? More?

According to the compliance plate I swiped them from, 1145gvm...heavy little sucker.
for anyone that is unsure how good they are i can say that if not wearing a seat belt you would kiss the windscreen, if not for the steering wheel...as for the passenger...well...
