Take Dremel, relieve the block not the impeller.

Yep, they only just touch the casting, and not always.

If it touches it won't turn. So no worky. :lol:
Bolt it in, spin it, often there's no problem. If there is, see where it's touching and just grind or file the block there until it misses.
